Summary
This study tested two ways of doing a gentle exercise program at home in 32 older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). One group had live video supervision, the other exercised alone. The goal was to see which approach better improved quality of life and reduced loneliness. Results may help design simple, scalable programs for seniors.
