Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a program called HOBSCOTCH, originally designed for epilepsy, can be adapted to help people with long COVID who have memory and thinking problems. Ten participants will attend nine virtual coaching sessions and complete surveys about their quality of life, memory, and symptoms. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and improves daily functioning.
