Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called HMPL-A580 in adults with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any early signs of fighting the cancer. Researchers will monitor participants closely for side effects and any changes in their tumors.
