First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether two supplements, HMB and 2-HOBA, taken alone or together, can improve muscle strength, physical function, and overall health in adults aged 65 and older. Over 90 days, 120 participants will take one of the supplements or a placebo and undergo tests like muscle mass measurement and fitness assessments. The goal is to see if these supplements can support healthy aging and reduce age-related decline.
