Summary
This study tests a new drug called HLX43 in people whose head and neck cancer has returned or spread to other parts of the body. The drug works by targeting a protein (PD-L1) on cancer cells to help the immune system attack them. About 167 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part to see if the drug shrinks tumors and to check for side effects.
