This early-phase study tests a new cancer vaccine (DPV-001) combined with two immunotherapy drugs in people with head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the cancer. About 56 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma will participate.
