New immunotherapy combo aims to control advanced head and neck cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of a cancer vaccine (DPV-001) and two immune-boosting drugs (GITR agonist and anti-PD-1) in people with head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps control the cancer. About 56 adults with this type of cancer will take part.
