Summary
This study aims to understand how HIV behaves in different body tissues, not just the blood. Researchers will collect small tissue samples from the tonsils, lymph nodes, intestines, and lungs of HIV-positive patients, patients with a rare immune condition (ICL), and healthy volunteers for comparison. The goal is to learn how the virus and the immune system change in these tissues, especially during treatment.
