Summary
This study tests a combination program to improve HIV testing, linkage to care, and rapid treatment in coastal Alabama. Researchers will work with local health departments to direct testing to high-need areas, help people connect to care right after diagnosis, and start antiretroviral therapy quickly. The goal is to help more people achieve viral suppression and reduce the spread of HIV.
