Summary

This study is testing two different support programs to help teenagers with HIV in South Africa successfully move from pediatric to adult healthcare. It compares in-person support groups to a mobile phone-based program, aiming to see which helps teens stay on their medication and attend clinic appointments. The goal is to prevent them from dropping out of care during this vulnerable transition period.
