Can virtual support keep HIV-Positive teens in care?
NCT ID NCT06035445
Summary
This study tests two support programs to help HIV-positive teenagers in South Africa successfully move from pediatric to adult healthcare. Researchers are comparing in-person support groups with a mobile health (mHealth) app approach against standard care. The goal is to see which method better helps teens stay on their medication and attend clinic appointments during this vulnerable transition period.
