New hope for HIV patients battling smoking and drinking

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help people living with HIV in Kenya quit smoking and cut back on heavy drinking. It will test a combination of intensive counseling and a medication called cytisine. The goal is to improve long-term health outcomes for 300 participants who are ready to make these changes.
