Summary

This study compares two chemotherapy drugs, paclitaxel and pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, to see if they work similarly well for treating Kaposi sarcoma in people with HIV. The trial will enroll 130 participants in sub-Saharan Africa, giving each drug once every three weeks for six cycles. The main goal is to measure how long the cancer stays under control or improves.
