First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new way to prevent HIV in rural Lesotho by having trained village health workers use tablet-based tools to provide HIV prevention medicines like PrEP and PEP. About 380 people at high risk of HIV will take part. The goal is to see if this community-led approach increases the use of prevention methods compared to standard care.
