Summary
This study is testing a counseling program called TENDAI4PrEP, designed to help pregnant women in Zimbabwe start and continue taking medication to prevent HIV. The program works with women, their partners, and healthcare providers to solve problems that make it hard to take the preventive pills. Researchers want to see if the program is practical, acceptable, and shows early signs of helping women stay protected from HIV during and after pregnancy.
