Summary

This study tests a program called TransAction to help transgender women in Ho Chi Minh City improve their HIV prevention and care. 80 participants will either join the full program (individual sessions, group support, and social events) or just social events. The goal is to see if the program helps more people get tested, take HIV medication, or use prevention tools like PrEP.
