First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at 200 people with HIV to see if two types of HIV drugs (NNRTI and INSTI) cause different amounts of fat buildup or scarring in the liver. Participants will have ultrasound and other scans to measure liver health. The goal is to understand which drug might be safer for the liver, not to test a new treatment.
