Summary
This study is testing a new counseling program designed to reduce the stigma surrounding HIV and mental illness. It will involve 200 adults in Malawi who are living with HIV and experiencing depression. The goal is to see if adding stigma-reduction counseling to standard depression treatment helps improve mental health and engagement with HIV care.
