Summary

This study tested a program called iSTRIVE to help people with HIV who also use opioids or stimulants stay engaged in their HIV care. The program taught emotion regulation and communication skills, and included video check-ins for taking medication. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and acceptable, and to measure its effect on viral load and substance use.
