Summary
This study tests two ways to numb the hip before surgery to see which provides better pain relief afterward. 72 adults having hip surgery will get either a standard nerve block or a standard block plus an extra one for the thigh. Researchers will measure pain levels, pain medicine use, and recovery speed to find the best approach.
