Summary
This study tested a special MRI technique called T1rho to measure hip cartilage in 31 healthy volunteers. The goal was to see if the method gives consistent results and to establish normal values. This could help doctors detect early signs of hip osteoarthritis, a common and painful joint disease, before damage becomes severe.
