HIIT may shield breast cancer Survivors' hearts from chemo damage

Summary

This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is better than moderate exercise for improving heart health in women who finished chemotherapy for breast cancer. About 158 participants will be assigned to either HIIT or moderate exercise to see which approach works best for reducing heart disease risk. The goal is to find the best exercise plan to protect the heart after cancer treatment.
