Inclusion Criteria: * Confirmed SCAD, at least 12 weeks since last event, age 18 years or older, medically stable and cleared for CPET and supervised exercise Exclusion Criteria: * Disease with exercise restrictions, exercise related severe hypertension on CPET (\>220 mmHg in Systolic blood pressure or \>110mmHg in Diastolic blood pressure)
