New eye scanners put to the test in pilot study

Summary
This study tests two new eye imaging devices (R1 and HighRes OCT) against a standard device (SPECTRALIS) to see which gives clearer pictures of the retina. About 97 adults with healthy eyes or eye diseases like macular degeneration or diabetic retinopathy will take part. The goal is to improve how doctors see and diagnose retinal conditions.
