NCT ID NCT07302425
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two types of exercise for people with COPD who recently left the hospital after a flare-up. One group does high-intensity strength training with heavy weights and few repetitions, while the other does traditional endurance exercise. The goal is to see which approach is easier to tolerate and better at improving muscle strength, breathing, and daily function. About 64 adults will take part.
