Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week high-intensity interval exercise program can improve heart function, reduce inflammation, and ease symptoms in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 87 adults with stable, low-to-moderate disease activity will participate. The goal is to see if this type of exercise can be a safe and effective way to boost overall health and quality of life.
