Summary
This study tests whether a device that delivers high-intensity focused electromagnetic pulses can strengthen core muscles and improve balance in people with multiple sclerosis. Sixty participants will either receive the electromagnetic therapy plus balance exercises, or balance exercises alone, for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in balance and quality of life to see if the new approach offers added benefits.
