Summary
This study looked at whether a high-intensity body-weight circuit training program could help middle-aged adults recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes improve their blood sugar control, body fat, and fitness. Twenty-two participants who were not on insulin or other diabetes medications completed the program. The goal was to see if this type of exercise is a practical and effective way to manage diabetes without needing special equipment.
