First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding high-dose vitamin C to standard chemotherapy can help people with certain blood cancers that have come back or not responded to treatment. It includes adults with relapsed or refractory lymphoma, clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. The goal is to see if vitamin C makes cancer cells more sensitive to chemo, improving response rates.
