This study tests whether giving high doses of ruxolitinib and busulfan before a stem cell transplant can reduce spleen size and help the transplant work better in people with myelofibrosis. About 30 adults aged 18 to 75 with an enlarged spleen and a matched donor will take part. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
