Summary

This study tests whether a daily 500 mg hesperidin supplement (found in citrus fruits) can reduce fatigue, improve mood, and sharpen thinking in people with multiple sclerosis. Sixty adults with MS will take either hesperidin or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main focus is on fatigue, with additional checks on stress and mental performance.
