New blood test could replace surgery for endometriosis diagnosis
NCT ID NCT07006987
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new blood test called HerResolve™ to see if it can accurately detect endometriosis in women aged 18 to 49 who have symptoms like pelvic pain or abnormal bleeding. About 100 participants will give a blood sample before their scheduled laparoscopy (a surgical procedure) to compare results. If successful, this non-invasive test could help diagnose endometriosis faster and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
