Summary
This study tests a drug called herombopag in people with chronic liver disease who have low platelet counts and need surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can safely raise platelet levels enough to reduce bleeding risk during the procedure. About 101 adults with mild to moderate liver disease will receive either herombopag or a placebo before their planned surgery.
