Summary

This study tested whether a daily herbal supplement containing ginkgo biloba could help reduce feelings of stress and improve mental performance. It involved 60 adults aged 50 to 70 who were experiencing moderate stress. Participants took either a low or high dose of the supplement for five weeks while researchers measured their stress levels, mood, and performance on memory and attention tests.
