Summary
This study tests whether a special herbal medicine plan can safely reduce chronic low back pain and improve daily function. About 150 adults aged 19 to 69 with pain lasting over 3 months will receive either the herbal strategy or standard Korean medicine. The main goal is to see if pain and disability scores improve after 7 weeks of treatment.
