Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called HER3-DXd for patients whose cancer has spread to the brain or the lining of the spinal cord. It is for adults with advanced breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or other solid tumors who have already tried at least one other treatment. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors in the brain and help patients live longer.
