Summary

This study tests a vaccine called H2NVAC in people with a very early form of breast cancer called DCIS that has the HER2 protein. The vaccine is given before surgery to see if it can train the immune system to fight the cancer and possibly prevent it from coming back. The main goal is to check for side effects and find the best dose.
