Summary

This early-phase trial tests a vaccine called H2NVAC in people with a very early form of breast cancer called DCIS that has the HER2 protein. The vaccine is given before surgery to see if it can train the immune system to fight the cancer. The main goals are to check for side effects and find the best dose. About 43 participants will take part at Mayo Clinic.
