Summary

This observational study looked at 41 adults with flat feet (pes planus) to see if heel muscle endurance is linked to balance sway while standing on one leg. Participants performed a heel rise test and stood on one leg with eyes open and closed while a sensor measured their sway. The study did not test any treatment or intervention.
