Wrist ligament thickness may predict Post-Surgery heel pain
NCT ID NCT07375134
First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at 144 adults having carpal tunnel surgery to see if the thickness of a wrist ligament is linked to developing pain in the heel of the hand after the operation. Researchers will measure the ligament during surgery and track patients' recovery. The goal is to understand why some people get this heel pain, not to test a new treatment.
