Summary

This study tests whether 30 sessions of far infrared sauna bathing can improve blood pressure and blood sugar control in adults with obesity. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure, glucose levels, and artery stiffness. The study enrolls 20 people with a BMI between 30 and 45 who are not on medications for blood pressure, blood sugar, or clotting.
