Summary
This early-phase study looks at how heat stress changes the body's chemistry, especially in the kidneys, and whether vitamin B3 (niacinamide) can influence that response. Researchers will test 28 healthy, physically fit volunteers under different heat conditions. The goal is to understand kidney stress markers and the role of NAD+ metabolism, not to treat any disease.
