Summary
This study looks at how heat pads and massage guns affect the stiffness of a jaw muscle in 40 healthy adults. Researchers will use a special ultrasound to measure muscle tightness before and after each treatment. The goal is to gather information that could lead to better treatments for jaw pain and disorders like TMD.
