Summary

This study tests a smartphone program called HeartSteps to help people with heart disease stay physically active after cardiac rehab. Sixty adults will wear a Fitbit and use the app for 3 months to see if it boosts their weekly exercise minutes. The goal is to learn how to best support long-term activity habits.
