Summary

This study is testing a smartphone app called HeartSteps to help people with heart disease become more physically active and stay active long-term. Sixty adults who are finishing or have recently finished cardiac rehab will wear a Fitbit and use the app for 3 months. The goal is to see if the app's activity suggestions and self-monitoring tools increase weekly minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise.
