Summary
This study is creating a registry to collect information from 2,000 people with chronic heartburn (GERD) and related conditions. Participants will be followed for 5 years to gather data on their symptoms, treatments, and long-term health. The goal is to better understand how these conditions are diagnosed and managed over time.
