Doctors test which heart scan is best for valve problems

Summary
This study aims to compare different types of heart scans to see which ones most accurately measure the severity of valve disease and heart muscle health. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with moderate or severe aortic or mitral valve problems. They will compare standard ultrasound (echocardiogram) images with more detailed MRI scans to understand which method gives the best information for patient care.
