Summary
This study tests whether having a real-time online team of heart specialists make treatment decisions during a patient's heart scan leads to better outcomes than standard care. It involves 1,350 adults with both diabetes and severe blockages in all three main heart arteries. The main goal is to see if this team approach reduces the combined risk of death, heart attack, stroke, or needing another heart procedure within one year.
