Doctors map the Heart's hidden stress during cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT05094843
Summary
This study aims to understand how modern, minimally invasive lung cancer surgery affects the heart. Researchers will closely monitor the heart's electrical activity and stress markers in 100 patients before, during, and after their surgery. The goal is to learn if these heart changes are temporary and if they are linked to a patient's recovery after the operation.
