Summary

This study looked at heart disease risk in people taking medications for schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder. Researchers measured blood fats and heart electrical patterns to identify those at highest risk. They then tested whether changing medications, improving diet, or adding exercise could reduce these heart risks.
