Scientists probe Heart's electrical secrets to Fine-Tune pacemakers

NCT ID NCT06540521

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 27, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at the electrical signals in the heart during a specific pacing method called left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP). The goal is to learn how these signals change with different pacing strengths and body positions. This information could help create a smarter pacemaker algorithm. The study involves 75 adults who already have a pacemaker and are at least one month past their implant.
