Heart study tests tailored drugs for mysterious chest pain

Summary
This study looks at people who have chest pain but no major blockages in their heart arteries. Researchers will test if giving medication based on the specific type of tiny blood vessel problem (endotype) works better than standard care. About 180 participants will be followed for 6 months to see if their quality of life and symptoms improve.
