Scientists probe Mouth-Body connection in major health study
NCT ID NCT07476703
Summary
This is a large follow-up study to understand how different factors in the body are connected. Researchers are re-examining 1,400 people in Stockholm to see if things like gum health, sleep patterns, and body inflammation are linked to future risks of heart, lung, and liver diseases. The goal is to gather detailed information to build better tools for predicting who might get sick.
